Plan a puffer with separately defined shell, lining, filling and quilting. Set layer-aware measurements, closures and pockets, then review loft, construction and branding on the sample.
Use these details as a starting brief. Your quotation needs to confirm fabric availability, quantities, sample terms and production timing.
Provide shell and lining material references, then state the proposed filling type and specification for discussion. The existing insulated design direction does not identify down, a particular synthetic fill or a temperature rating. Any specific functional claim needs separately agreed evidence.
Show quilting lines and panel dimensions on front, back and sleeve views. Mark collar or hood requirements and how quilting meets pockets, seams and closures. A line drawing should distinguish sewn details from a desired visual effect.
Supply body, shoulder and sleeve measurements for the intended layer underneath. Include collar, cuff and hem openings and any adjustment components. Added loft affects the usable room, so inspect the filled sample rather than approving only an unfilled shell.
Try the garment closed and check reaching forward, seated fit and pocket access. Compare panel shape and filling distribution with the approved reference. Inspect the lining and inside finishing, then record any construction or material changes against the chart.
Supply artwork dimensions and positions relative to the quilting and seams. Discuss how an application will be reviewed where the surface is filled or stitched. Keep the sample sequence clear if decoration must be evaluated before final assembly.
Include brand, size and care labels and their attachment locations. Confirm the final shell, lining, filling and trim references together, leaving any unresolved evaluation criteria visible before approving the complete garment.
Send the design, quantity breakdown by color and size, and delivery destination. Material options, sample scope, minimum quantities, production timing and shipping terms are confirmed for the individual order. Request a quote or review sample development.
