Develop a snap-front coach jacket with defined collar, shell, lining and pockets. Set body and sleeve measurements, closure spacing and artwork, then review the open and closed sample.
Use these details as a starting brief. Your quotation needs to confirm fabric availability, quantities, sample terms and production timing.
Show snap size, finish, spacing and attachment references for discussion. Define the collar shape and dimensions, front overlap and hem construction. The opening needs its own detail view so it can be reviewed beyond the overall jacket illustration.
Provide chest, shoulder, body and sleeve measurements with the intended base layer and sample size. Identify cuff treatment, pocket position and any hem adjustment requirements. Set the desired length separately from the relaxed or closer fit direction.
Supply proposed composition, weight, shade and finish for the shell. If lining is required, identify its material and attachment along with any inside pockets. A clean exterior reference does not define the internal seams or hem finish.
Review the sample open and fastened, checking front overlap, collar position and sleeve reach. Inspect pocket access and the way the hem rests during movement. Compare flat measurements afterward and record any component changes with fit revisions.
Provide chest, back or sleeve graphics with actual dimensions and location relative to the collar or seam. Review the application on the selected shell, including the inside finish where relevant. Keep placement clear of snaps and pockets unless the design intentionally incorporates them.
Include label files, care wording and attachment positions. If the shell or lining changes, revisit the affected sample checks. Retain the approved snap and fabric references with the final chart and decorated jacket.
Send the design, quantity breakdown by color and size, and delivery destination. Material options, sample scope, minimum quantities, production timing and shipping terms are confirmed for the individual order. Request a quote or review sample development.
