FABRIC, FIT & BRANDING

Manufacturing Options for This Style

Define the bomber silhouette and rib openings

Set chest width, body length, shoulders and sleeve measurements with the sample size identified. Show how the hem should sit and how much sleeve volume should gather into the cuffs. Specify collar, cuff and hem rib dimensions independently from the body chart.

Provide the intended shell composition, weight, color and finish where known. Identify lining material, attachment and inside-pocket requests separately. A shell reference does not describe the interior construction of the jacket.

Review the zipper and pockets on the garment

Show zipper length, finish and attachment, including the top near the rib collar and the lower end at the hem. Mark pocket openings, bag depth and any closure details. Keep these construction views aligned with the chosen body proportions.

Try the sample over its intended layer and inspect it open and closed. Check sleeve reach, collar position and pocket access, then compare flat measurements. Inspect the lining and inside seams as well as the exterior. If a lining or rib changes, assess its effect on fit again.

Position branding on the selected shell

Measure artwork from agreed garment points and show its clearance from pockets and seams. Review print or embroidery application on the proposed shell for appearance and inside finish. Any requested functional evaluation should be stated separately from the bomber style name.

Provide label files and attachment locations, plus any custom puller or hang tag references. Retain the approved materials and trim components with the final chart and decorated sample.
