Provide whole-garment and detail references for the intended vintage appearance, including seams, rib trims and pocket edges. Identify the base shade and any acceptable variation in the effect. A garment-washed fleece direction leaves the actual composition, weight and process to be discussed through the brief.

Define body width, length, shoulder position, sleeves and hood dimensions separately. Record approval measurements at the agreed finished stage, so the chart describes the treated garment rather than only its starting construction.

Compare all components after finishing

Review body fabric, hood lining where proposed, cuffs and hem rib together in consistent light. Different components may show the selected treatment differently. Confirm whether the intended contrast or matching appearance is captured in the sample.

Inspect seams, pocket openings and drawcord details after finishing. If the material or base color changes, revisit the wash reference rather than assuming the earlier effect will carry through. Keep the accepted visual character documented with photographs and the physical sample.

Review decoration in the agreed sequence

State print or embroidery dimensions, colors and placement. Discuss whether branding is applied before or after the requested treatment, then inspect the actual resulting appearance. Include labels in that review where their material or attachment is affected.

Try the finished hoodie over the intended layer and compare the chart. Record shade, fit and trim revisions together. Any separate customer-care evaluation should use an agreed method and its own recorded criteria.
