Specify the neckline as its own component

Show the crewneck opening and neck-rib width in a close reference, with agreed measuring points. Describe its attachment and any inside neck finishing. The neckline should be reviewed with the body fabric rather than chosen from a picture independently of the material.

Set chest width, body length, shoulder position and sleeve dimensions on the chart. Identify the sample size and intended fit. A heavyweight sweatshirt direction still leaves composition, GSM and inner finish open for selection.

Compare ribs with the body and sleeves

Provide cuff and hem rib measurements alongside the material and shade references. A narrow cuff can gather a roomy sleeve differently from a wider trim, and the hem rib affects where the body sits. Inspect those relationships with the sample worn.

Compare flat dimensions afterward and check how the neckline and cuffs recover after ordinary use. If washing forms part of approval, agree the method and review the body and ribs together. Record any difference in dimensional change with the fabric reference.

Position branding against the finished opening

Measure chest or back artwork from the neckline or another stable point. Supply artwork dimensions and requested method for review on the proposed fabric. Embroidery should be checked for detail and inside backing where it contacts the wearer.

Include brand, size and care label files with their locations, plus hang tag and packing requirements where needed. Keep the approved material, trims and garment chart aligned with the decorated sample.
