Give the jacket and pants separate charts

Provide jacket chest width, body length, shoulders and sleeves alongside pant waist, rise, inseam and leg dimensions. Identify the sample size for each piece and state whether customers receive a fixed paired size or can combine different top and bottom sizes.

Show collar, cuffs, hem, pockets and closures on the jacket. For the pants, specify waistband, drawcord and ankle or hem finish. A combined outfit drawing explains coordination, while separate views communicate the construction of each garment.

Agree the material and shade relationship

Send fabric references with proposed composition, weight, color and finish where known. Identify whether both pieces use the same material or an intentional combination. Compare ribs, zipper tape and other trims with the body fabric in consistent light.

Review the sample as a complete set, checking how jacket length relates to the waistband and pant rise. Inspect the individual pieces during standing, seated and intended movement checks. Record any change on the correct chart rather than treating the set as one measurement specification.

Place branding on each component

Provide artwork dimensions and measured positions for the jacket and pants. A shared logo can need different scale or placement on each piece, particularly around pockets and front openings. Review decoration on the actual chosen materials.

Include labels and packing instructions for the size pairing you plan to sell. Before approval, identify which materials and trims are final and which remain open. Keep the complete set reference alongside both charts and artwork versions.
