Map a track jacket’s panels, piping, collar and zipper around defined fit measurements. Review coordinated shades, pockets, sleeve finishes and logos on the completed sample.

## Draw the panel and piping layout

Show front and back seam lines with a separate color reference for each panel. Include sleeve views where piping or inserts continue along the arm. Specify piping width and attachment rather than expecting a narrow line on a drawing to define the component.

Provide chest, shoulder, body and sleeve measurements with a sample size and intended layer. Set collar dimensions, zipper length and finish, cuff treatment and hem construction independently. Mark pocket openings and how they meet the panel layout.

## Compare materials and trims as one garment

State proposed fabric composition, weight, color and handle, with lining requirements identified where relevant. Compare piping, zipper tape and ribs with the main material in consistent light. If the jacket belongs to a set, include the pant reference and its shade requirements.

Review the sample closed for front alignment and collar shape, then inspect it open. Check seam lines at the shoulders and sleeves while moving forward. Keep panel revisions with the construction views, and update the fit chart only where the dimensions change.

## Position logos within the actual panels

Supply artwork size, colors and measured placement for each application. Check that the chosen decoration works on the selected fabric and clears seams, pockets and the zipper where required.

Include garment label files and any branded trim references. Retain the approved panel layout, material and components with the decorated sample. A later shade or fabric substitution should reopen the relevant coordination checks.
