Plan heavyweight fleece pants with a straight leg line. Define thigh, knee and hem widths, rise, inseam and waistband, then review the open hem and pocket placement on the sample.

## Define what straight means on the chart

Supply thigh, knee and hem-opening measurements at stated points, alongside waist, hip, rise and inseam. A straight visual line does not require every width to be numerically identical, so use a fit reference to explain the intended fall.

Mark where the waistband sits and where the hem meets the footwear or finishes above it. Give front and back rise separately. If front and back waistband heights differ by design, make that visible in the construction views.

## Review fleece drape and hem construction

The existing direction is heavyweight fleece, with exact composition, GSM, shade and inside finish to be discussed. Compare the swatch for handle and structure. Check the body material with the waistband and pocket bag references rather than approving only the outer fabric.

Specify the open-hem finish and any intentional side or back details. Try the sample standing, seated and walking, then compare its chart. If rise or waistband construction changes, reassess hem position even when inseam stays the same.

## Keep decoration with the pocket layout

Show side and back pockets with opening dimensions and depth. Provide artwork dimensions and measured placement relative to seams and pockets. Review the application on the selected fleece with its intended finish.

Add size and care label files and their inside attachment locations. For an agreed care review, record measurements and appearance using the stated method. Retain the approved leg chart, fabric, trims and decorated sample together.
