## Decide where the set needs extra volume

Mark whether the roomy shape comes from jacket chest width, dropped shoulders, sleeve volume, pant thigh width or a combination. Give each area its own measurement. A wider jacket does not automatically need a longer body, and an oversized pant still needs defined rise and inseam.

Supply front, back and side fit references with a sample size for each piece. Set jacket sleeve openings and pant hem dimensions separately. Identify whether the ankle uses a cuff or an open hem for discussion.

## Check how trims control the outline

Compare proposed fabric composition, weight, handle and shade with the desired drape. Include rib and waistband materials rather than specifying only the main body fabric. Their widths and recovery affect how the extra volume gathers and rests.

Try both pieces together and review jacket hem position against the pant waist. Then check reaching, sitting and walking as relevant to the brief. If rise or waistband changes, inspect the whole set again because the overall proportions may change.

## Review graphics and size pairing

Provide decoration dimensions for both garments and check scale on the larger panels. Mark pocket and seam clearance, and review any artwork change after fit revisions. Include garment label files and their attachment locations.

State whether the order uses complete sets in paired sizes or individual top and bottom quantities. Packing instructions should match that plan. Retain both approved charts, the selected materials and the decorated set as the development reference.
