Develop a cotton graphic tee with measured artwork, color references and a defined fit. Review screen print, DTG or DTF requests against the fabric and decorated sample.

## Make the graphic brief measurable

Provide the highest-quality available artwork, with width and height at the intended application size. Supply separate front, back and sleeve placement views where relevant. Mark the distance from the neckline, hem or another agreed point instead of relying on a centered mockup.

Set the garment chest width, body length, shoulders and sleeves alongside the artwork. State whether graphic dimensions stay constant through the size range or need separate versions. A large design may need review on more than one size if that is part of the sampling scope.

## Compare application on the selected cotton

Screen print, DTG and DTF are requests to discuss against the material, finish and artwork. Include the desired surface feel, fine-line detail and color references. A method name does not establish the result before it is reviewed on the proposed fabric.

Inspect the decorated sample at actual scale, flat and worn. Check the relationship between graphics and seams, as well as the appearance on the garment color. If a wash review is agreed, assess the decoration using that method and record the result with the approved material.

## Keep one approved artwork version

Label each file clearly and remove ambiguity between an earlier mockup and the final design. Record revisions to print dimensions, colors or placement with the garment feedback.

Include brand, size and care labels, plus hang tag or packing artwork where required. Confirm the neckline and hems on the same reference so the finished product approval covers its construction as well as the graphic.
