## Prepare artwork for each garment

Provide logo files with actual decoration dimensions and color references. Show placement on the jacket and pants separately, measured from a seam, opening or other agreed point. A chest logo and thigh logo may need different scales even when they use the same artwork.

If patches or woven branding are requested, include shape, edge and attachment references. Identify which details are essential and which need advice during sample development. Fine lettering should be reviewed at the intended physical size rather than enlarged on a screen.

## Review the decoration on the chosen material

Specify proposed fabric composition, weight, shade and finish alongside separate fit charts for the two pieces. Inspect embroidery detail, backing and the surrounding material on the sample. Discuss the result if the stitching distorts a panel or the inside finish sits against the wearer.

Review patch placement around pockets, zipper openings and seams. A material change can affect the decoration, so keep any replacement visible in the revision record and confirm whether another application sample is required.

## Approve the set beyond its branding

Check jacket body and sleeves, pant rise and leg shape, waistband and closures while wearing the set. Compare each piece with its own chart afterward. Record trim or construction revisions alongside logo changes.

Include size pairing, label files, hang tags and packing instructions. Retain the final artwork version with both approved garment specifications and decoration references so the brand details remain consistent without obscuring the fit requirements.
