Develop a relaxed cotton tee with an extended shoulder line. Set shoulder width, sleeve reach, armhole and body proportions so the drop is defined on the sample.

## Define the shoulder extension

Mark where the shoulder seam should sit on your fit reference, then provide the corresponding garment width and shoulder measurement. Specify whether sleeve length starts at that seam or another agreed point. The finished reach depends on the shoulder extension and sleeve together.

The cotton tee’s relaxed direction still needs chest width, body length and hem position. A dropped shoulder can be used with different body shapes, so show the intended proportions rather than relying on the shoulder detail to describe the whole garment.

## Review sleeve shape and armhole depth

Give sleeve opening and width their own measurements and show the intended shape from the side. An altered armhole can change how the sleeve falls or how much the body lifts when the wearer raises an arm. Record those observations against the sample chart.

Compare the selected cotton jersey with the desired handle and drape. Include proposed composition, weight, shade and finish, with neck-rib and hem references. If the material changes, inspect the shoulder line again because the same seam position may fall differently.

## Place decoration around the revised seams

Sleeve artwork needs a location measured from the actual seam and opening. Body graphics should also be reviewed worn, especially when the shoulder detail creates a wider upper outline.

Inspect the neckline and hems alongside the decoration, and provide label files with attachment positions. Keep shoulder and sleeve revisions in one approved record so a change to one measurement is considered with its effect on the other.
