## Map the taper from thigh to ankle

Provide waist, hip, front and back rise, inseam, thigh and knee measurements. Add lower-leg width and cuff opening, with the measuring points shown. A tapered fit should be described through the chart rather than only a jogger label.

Identify where the ankle cuff should rest and how much fabric should gather above it. Include the cuff’s finished length, material and relaxed width. Set the waistband and drawcord requirements separately so both openings can be reviewed consistently.

## Review rib and fleece as a combination

Supply proposed fleece composition, weight, shade and inner finish. Compare the rib material for color, handle and recovery with the body fabric. A cuff substitution can change how the lower leg sits even when the main pattern stays unchanged.

Try the sample while standing, seated and moving as intended. Check cuff access, ankle position, waistband behavior and pocket reach. Compare the chart afterward without stretching elastic or rib beyond the agreed measuring condition.

## Finish the pocket and brand specifications

Show pocket openings, depth and any requested reinforcement for discussion. Position print or embroidery clear of those openings with actual artwork dimensions. Review the decoration on the selected fleece and inspect its inside finish where relevant.

Supply labels and any branded drawcord or trim references. Record taper, cuff and waistband revisions together, and retain the final materials and complete garment chart with the approved sample.
