## Draw every panel with its color reference

Supply front, back and side views for both pieces, marking seam lines and which color belongs to each panel. Include close references for piping or narrow inserts. A list of colors cannot describe the layout or where transitions should meet across sleeves and legs.

Provide separate garment charts for the jacket and pants. Mark any panel location measured from a stable point, and identify how its proportion should change across sizes. Keep panel construction distinct from the main fit measurements.

## Compare fabric combinations before approving shade

State whether all panels use the same fabric or a proposed material mix. Include composition, weight, finish and shade references where known. Compare the panels and trims together in consistent light because different surfaces can show the same color differently.

Inspect joins on the sewn sample, including how lines meet at side seams, sleeves and pockets. If a washing review is agreed, include the complete panel combination and record the appearance using the chosen method. Any required color evaluation should be discussed explicitly.

## Keep branding clear of the panel layout

Show artwork dimensions and position relative to the blocks and seams. Review the completed decoration so the layout is visible on the actual garment rather than only the drawing.

Try the set worn and inspect each piece independently. Note front alignment, jacket length, pant rise and leg line. Keep revised construction views, material references and fit charts together, along with labels and packing instructions for your planned size pairings.
